Lewiston's Snake & Clearwater River Fish Derby winner netted a 16.1 lb fish and won $2175.  Over 600 fish were weighed from 580 partiicipants.  This derby is a long time tradition in the valley.  The derby runs for a week.

The Riggins Salmon River Derby starts in October and goes through the season ending March 26.  There is still plenty of time to net some fish and cash.
