Each year, the Nez Perce welcome the return of salmon to the ancestral waters near Riggins, Idaho.  Led by Nez Perce Elder and Tribal Leader Horace Axtel, this bi-cultural event includes a riverside native salmon ceremony, a sacred boat circle with drummers and singers, an inclusive salmon talk circle and a potluck feast.
